I+G Partners, villa architect in Marrakech

Based in Guéliz, I+G Partners is the villa architect in Marrakech you choose for an exceptional residential project. The atelier designs each villa as a unique piece: siting on the land, orientation, relationship to the garden and the pool, light, privacy and the quality of living spaces. From architectural design to site supervision, your villa is drawn, costed and built by a team that does not subcontract the essentials.

Villa design, from the land to handover

A complete mission to build a bespoke villa: design, plans, building permit and site supervision under a single signature.

01

Architectural design

Siting on the land, orientation, volumes, light and relationship to the garden. Each villa is drawn as a unique piece, designed around the way you want to live in it.

02

Plans & technical file

Plans, sections, facades, 3D views and working drawings. Precise documents that make the project legible before construction starts and guide every contractor.

03

Building permit

Preparation and submission of the building permit file, follow-up of the review and any revisions. As architects registered with the Order, we put our signature on the project.

04

Site supervision

Contractor coordination, regular visits, technical control and reports through to acceptance. The built villa must match the drawn villa exactly.

05

Contemporary & bespoke villa

Contemporary architecture, clean lines and noble materials. From a family villa to a prestige residence, every project is fully bespoke, with no imposed model.

06

Exteriors, pool & garden

Terraces, pool, patio and garden are designed with the house, not added afterwards. Indoor-outdoor continuity is at the heart of the art of living in a Marrakech villa.

Villa architect in Marrakech — frequent questions

How much does it cost to build a villa in Marrakech?

The budget for a villa depends on the surface area, the level of finish, the complexity of the land and the outdoor features — pool, garden, terraces. As an indication, the construction cost of a contemporary villa runs to several million dirhams, to which architect fees are added. The most accurate approach remains an estimate after a first reading of the land and the brief.

Is an architect required to build a villa in Morocco?

Yes. Hiring an architect registered with the National Order of Architects is mandatory for any building permit application in Morocco. The architect signs the plans, submits the file and remains liable through to handover. For a villa, the role goes beyond signing: the architect designs the project and guarantees the smooth running of the site.

What are the stages of a villa project?

Five stages structure the project: sketch and feasibility, detailed design, building permit submission, site supervision and handover. Each stage produces precise deliverables — plans, sections, 3D views, technical file and reports — that keep decisions legible at every milestone.

See what architectural plans contain

How long does it take to build a villa?

You should generally allow a few months for design and approvals, then around twelve to eighteen months of construction depending on the size of the villa, the nature of the land and the level of finish. A precise schedule is set during the design phase, then tracked throughout the site.

Do you also design the interior of the villa?

Yes. The atelier designs both the architecture of the villa and its interior architecture — volumes, materials, light and bespoke furniture. Leading both missions together guarantees total consistency between the built envelope and the living spaces.
